It's a pity that such cars, when they were in good condition, were not offered for free to people passionate about muscle cars. Refurbishing them means that absolutely everything has been changed, probably the engine block still remains original. Otherwise, everything will be thrown in the trash😢😢😢....I notice too much rust!

Somebody went to all the trouble & expense of dropping a 427 into their Mustang, but they left the automatic transmission in there? What a shame and waste of time! I hope you guys don’t repeat that mistake. I’m in the process of doing the same thing, but with a ‘66 Fairlane. Younz got a shifter for a T-10 laying around? And yes, I have the clutch pedal assembly & linkage.

The engine had been maintained. Good codition . Tried to keep someone elses dream alive too. Heck ,they dont even make that stuff no more thats why it has to go to a collector . Four on the tree was quite usual in Europe in the sixties. My father had a german built Ford with four on the tree, and most of the french cars at the time had them, as did Saab of Sweden.
